Ingredients:-
1 kg. Mutton
2 big bunches of coriander
1 tbsp. Pepper powder
5 onions
10-15 spicy green chillies ground to a paste
1 tbsp. Ginger and garlic paste each
1 tbsp. Garam masala
5 tbsp. Ghee
Salt to taste


Method:-
1. Wash the mutton thoroughly.
2. Chop the onions finely.
3. Clean the coriander and chop it finely.
4. Heat a pressure cooker and add the ghee.
5. Once the ghee melts add the pepper powder and the chopped onions.
6. Once the onions turn translucent add garlic, ginger and chilli paste.
7. Then add mutton and garam masala and go on sautéing the mutton till it releases a bit of oil.
8. Then add the coriander leaves and the salt and mix well.
9. Finally, add 1 cup of water and pressure cook for 20 minutes or until the mutton has cooked.
10. This green mildly flavoured mutton serves 10 people.
11. Serve it in a simple thali with onions and bhakri.
